Progress pictures

I love looking at old photos and seeing how my body has developed over time. When I started working out seriously in 2006 I never thought I would have the results I have had so far. Best of all - it's 100% natural.






I am sharing these pictures in case some of you are just starting out and have recently made a commitment to a healthy lifestyle and exercise. I want to show that success is possible as long as you put in the effort. I find that having visual proof of progress keeps me motivated to keep on going. If your goal is to lose fat or build muscle I highly recommend taking progress pictures on a regular basis.
