Debunking the funk: Toning shoes

Training shoes work if you do.
You have probably seen advertisements for toning shoes that are said to “tone” your legs just by walking. Maybe you even own a pair? Some of them come in nice designs but If you are considering buying a pair for their “toning” effect I suggest you save your money as you are not likely to get the results you are looking for. What you might get is disappointment and maybe even a decrease in motivation to get in shape. Think about it, does it make sense that you can shape your legs and bum by just walking? Unfortunately there is no quick and easy way to get in shape.
